Question : Remote Agent Not Installed Error

I am trying to use my backup on my server to back up a remote pc.  When I try to attach and back it up I receive the message that the Remote Agent is not installed.

Can the Remote Agent be installed on a PC running Windows XP SP3??

Right now I am trying to use regular windows backup and backing up over the network but it times out so not very good solution.

I need to get the files on this XP PC backed up (they are user files) that need to be backed up

You can install the remote agent on a Win XP machine.
