Question : Export appointment to Outlook calendar?

I'm doing some intranet developement and I came across a site http://demo.silverorange.com that does exactly what I want to do:

The user enters information into a web page that 'mimics' the appointment fields of the Outlook calendar.

After entering they can decide to "Export to Outlook", which exports this appointment to Outlook, while launching Outlook and displaying it to the user.  (You can see this from the calendar

It appears that the developers use .vcs files, but I'll go any route at this point... MAPI - anything!!

I have written a dll that resides on the server that can do this.  If interested, post email address and I'll send it to you along with source so you can verify it and adjust it accordingly.
