Question : Can anyone tell how we make sliding menu

Hi, i want to have a menu just like this website:

on the left hand side of the website under the logo, a menu is given, just when a main link is clicked, its subcategories appear down under. just like a sliding menu.

Can anyone please tell me how i can do this, or is there any online version avaliable. i tried and searched a lot but unsuccessful.
