Question : Outlook crashing NACMNLIB.DLL not found error

Hello,

I have Outlook 2007 on Windows XP.  My outlook crashes constantly with an error "... NACMNLIB.DLL not found.  Reinstall Outlook."  I have made some research in the web, and found thats a Mcafee file and looks like a problem more than one person is having.
I have deactivated Mcafee Viruscan Enterprise 8.0.0 protection and the problem went away; however im not with no antivirus protection for my email.

I dont see this problem in the knowledge base.  Can somebody give me a clue on how to solve this?

Tks.-

Answer : Outlook crashing NACMNLIB.DLL not found error

Greetings yanaki !

Yes, McAfee does interfere with Outlook 2007.  There is no fix as yet.

Instead of deactivated all together, disable McAfee virus check of emails.  Check your addons in Outlook and disable McAfee or Viruscan. Test if Outlook works.

If you want antivirus protection, try using free AVG.
