good news, it tested out in FireFox, Opera and Safari. (not near my silly PC at the moment for IE)

I switched the link classes to just the "link1" class. what the script does is switches the link to class "linked" after it is clicked (kind of like a focus state, but it works), and I added some javascript you were missing at the bottom of the page.

I merged the CSS with the HTML page to work on it so you'll have to separate it again. I also used the long description for your images so I could see them; you may want to set it back to the root directory way, but you don't have to.

Question : How can I swap image on a link on click and have it revert back when a new link is clicked?

I need an image swap an on a link when it's clicked, but for it to revert back to the old image 'only after' a new link is clicked so that the 'newest' link is always highlighted.
