Question : Attaching a database
I copied a database file from my slq server to another pc/network and I tried attaching it, and it give me an error saying:
>>The file
is compressed but does not reside in a read only database or filegroup.
Now why would this be compressed and how can I uncompress it?
Answer : Attaching a database
SQL Server databases can't reside in a compressed folder and I'd bet the file is in a compressed folder.
