Question : Installing MS SQL Server - no services
I just installed MS SQL 2005 Server and having problem connecting to an instant. According to the error, "no sql server 2005 components were found on the specified computer. Either no components are installed or you are not an administrator on this computer."
Solution thus far:
-Admin checked my profile and yes I do have an administration authentication
-I tried to enable TCP/IP, but get error - no services to restart
-Follow most of Microsoft solutions, but none work.
Unease:
I am still concern about my user authentication - I don't know if that is a problem.
