Question : How to import Access 2007 Database into SQL Server 2008

I downloaded the 180 days free trial of SQL server 2008 from the following website:
http://www.microsoft.com/sqlserver/2008/en/us/trial-software.aspx
I followed the on-line instruction in installing the free trial of server 2008 on my PC. I have created an Asset Management Database in access 2007. Can you please provide a step by step guide in how to import MA Access 2007 into SQL 2008.
