Question : workspace - where do I find it ?

In case I deleted the bookmark of my workspace how do I get to it ?

Answer : workspace - where do I find it ?

Try this

Close Notes and Move your bookmark.nsf file to different directory of that of notes, and then open Notes.

This will recreate the workspace icon.
