Question : Save Office 2000 toolbar

I need to save the Microsoft Office 2000 toolbar so that I can transport it to a new machine.  Anyone know where the configuration is kept?  I've looked in the registry, but it is eluding me.

this is for office 97 but the reg keys for 2000 are with 9.0 instead of 8.0
