Question : mmc could not create the snap-in (adsiedit.msc)

My main domain controller has Windows Server 2003 x64 Enterprise Edition. I have installed support files from same cd. When I type on Run adsiedit.msc it says mmc could not create the snap-in.

What should be possible.
