Question : Vista thumbnails preview not previewing

Good Evening,
Having another annoying issue with VISTA...
Its really simple to explain:
In a folder, doesn't matter what folder, if there is a picture (any extension) and set the views to any of the previews, it does nothing!
Each of the files give a default jpeg picture for where it would have a preview of the actual picture.
Please help!

Also in the "View" tab of the Folder Options, uncheck the following option:

Always show icons, never thumbnails.

Click OK.
