Question : Microsoft Outlook Web Access IIS website cannot be found internally or externally

I have spent the last 6 hours working on repairing a Windows Small Business Server's  Outlook Web Access configuration following a change of the office's default gateway IP address. In addition the office MX record for email was updated so email is coming in and now out of the Exchange server.

What happened is this. I changed the office's network gateway IP address. From there I updated the MX records to point to the new IP address. As I was resolving the inbound and outbound email, I checked the office's OWA site. Initially I was able to get to the office Remote website at http://mail.companyweb.org but if clicked on the link to login, it would state that could not find the logon site. I tried to open http://mail.companyweb.org/Exchange it would not open saying the site could not be found either.
I've checked the firewall and the mail server is the port forwarding is configured correctly.
I then checked some settings in IIS. Somehow things got worse, especially after I followed these instructions

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;883380

Once I did this, nothing has worked since. I can't pull up the http://mail.companyweb.org at all only get a "cannot display the webpage" message. I don't have any options to login, and I can't access the site from the Exchange server locally or externally.

Oh and to make it even harder, I'm picking up someone else prior configuration. They never documented anything so there's nothing to reference, and there are no disks either, so I can't reinstall from disk...

Any suggestions, or I think most importantly any detailed OWA/IIS configuration information to ensure that everything on the server is configured correctly would be great. At this point, my only option is to go through and manually reconfigure things, I just need the details of what to do.

Answer : Microsoft Outlook Web Access IIS website cannot be found internally or externally

I followed the following instructions,
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/320202

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323672

And after reinstalling IIS and Exchange following these instructions and checking the site directory permissions, everything is now working.
