Question : Trojan Downloader.Small.18.T

My brother's machine is infected with the trojan Downloader.Small.18.T.
AVG virus scan detects it but doesn't get rid of it. Can anybody help please?

1. Use the following scanners to find and remove the trojan.

SpyBot S&D searches your harddisk for so-called spy- or adbots;

2. If still no joy, download HijackThis

http://www.hijackthis.de/

Run the program and you will find many entries. Most are OK. Post the log at the Hijackthis forum and clcik Anaylze, Save.  Post a link to the saved list here..
