Question : Is it possible to configure NAT in UNIX to balance two WAN connections like a PePLink?

A PePLink Balance is a router with two WAN connections that will 'blend' the two of them together.

Is it possible to setup a UNIX box (I say UNIX because I don't care which flavor, if any one can do it that is the one I will use) to do this, too?

Where can I get some more information on this?
