Question : Cannot display complete email address in Outlook Web Access

Good Morning,

I am working with a user who is only able to use the Outlook Web Access client to view email, since he is at a remote location. His issue is that he is not able to view a full email address from within the client. I have explained that he can "hover" the cursor over the name in the email, and the full email address will be displayed for a short period of time. This is not an acceptable answer to him, as he requires the ability to be able to copy and paste the address from the sent email into another email that he is composing.... I believe that this is a limitation of the web client, and that he will not have that ability, but wanted to exhaust all posibilites, and be able to provide an answer back to him that is "iron clad".

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Can he double-click the sender in the From field to bring up another window with the sender's name and email?  Make sure this 2nd window isn't being blocked by a pop-up blocker.
