I don't know of any freeware that can do this. There seems to be dozens (if not more) commercial converters.

Also, the realplayer converter may still work. I was mistaken when I suggested changing the extention to rm, it should be "ram". Also, what happen after you tried? Did it give you an error, and if so, what was it?
