Question : OWA - updated logo for OWA logon page won'd update through ISA 2004

We are currently running OWA on Exchange 2003.  OWA is accessible from within the office (logs in automatically as currently authenticated windows user) and from outside the office via forms based authentication through ISA 2004.  I have modified the logo on the logon page, as well as a few other items on the logon and logoff page.  When accessing OWA via inside the office (not going through ISA) I see the modified logos, however the modified logos do not show up when accessing OWA from outside the office through ISA via forms-based authentication.  As far as I can tell these image files are only stored in one location in an "img" folder on the exchange box.  I have searched the ISA box and they are not located there.  I have tried refreshing, deleting any temp files from the client as well as ISA with no success.  I have tried a recommendation to hold CTRL + F5 as well as Shift + F5.  Neither recommendations have worked.  It is almost as though when viewing from outside through ISA it is pulling the pages from an ISA cache that has not been updated.  The images have been modified for a month now so if there was a time consideration for ISA cache to update it should have done so by now.  I'm stuck.  Any help would be greatly apprecaited.  Thanks in advance.

Try clearing your browser cache, too.  You will need to empty it every time you change something, because your browser will really, really want to show the cached one, even if it's changed on the server.
