Question : How to setup All Users Shortcut to run in Windows 95 compatibility mode for Terminal Services on Server 2003
We have a GIS application that is run on a terminal services server running Windows Server 2003. We want the application to run in Windows 95 compatibility mode for All Users. When I check the Windows 95 Compatibility box on the All Users's Desktop shortcut for that application, it changes it for the logged on administrator, but when a remote user connects, it is still unchecked and doesn't run in that mode. How can I set this shortcut to run in Windows 95 compatibility mode for all users that connect to the terminal server? Thanks

You can see on the log that a certain key was changed correct? Change the shortcut again, launch regedit and go to that key. Check all the values there and either take notes or export the key to a file. Now go back to the shortcut and change it again (now to Win95 compatibility). Launch regedit again and see what changed. This change is exactly what you are looking for.
