Question : Autokeys not working

I am running Access 2003 on XP pro. The Autokeys macro stopped working for no apparant reason. I have tried the decompile/c&r suggested at http://www.experts-exchange.com/Databases/MS_Access/Q_20789404.html but no joy. The problem seems to be with access rather than the mdb, as the autokey macro doesn't work on a number of different existing and new databases on my machine. The same database runs fine on another machine. So i am thinking its an access problem. Has anyone got any ideas?

Oops, do you have set a recent System restore point you can use to return to the settings of e.g. last week?
