Question : Outlook all day meeting request default Show as Free
Can anyone tell me how to replace the stardard Outlook forms? What is happening is that we are having people creating new meeting requests and then marking them as all day events. Well, when you select All Day event it changes the Show Time as from Busy to Free. This has been causing problems for us. I saw the following thread which did help.....

The problem with this is that we then have to train everyone to open that form when they want to do an all day event. What I would like to do is have the meeting request default to All Day event shown as Busy and then if they only need a certain time the can make the change then. We are running Outlook 2007.
Thanks,
Mark
Answer : Outlook all day meeting request default Show as Free
If you want to take the time to write the code, then you can try to program the form to behave the way you want it to. I'm not sure it's possible, but there's no harm in trying. Sorry, I don't know of any existing solutions for this.
