Question : Webpage Hihacked

My start page kept on getting changed to http:///4.3.6

I tried changing my registery back and tried using ad-aware and spy-bot.  After 10-20 minutes, the registery'll be changed to /4.3.6 again.
Spy-bot does pick up an exploit and has fixed it several times now.

Anyone know what is a perm fix for this problem?
