Question : newbie websphere/wsad

Hi experts,
1) How do i generate EAR file in websphere application server? OR do i generate EAR file in WSAD?
 2) I am brand new to websphere. Is there any website which shows how to type a simple EJB program in WSAD and
deploy it in websphere app server.
Could any one please describe the steps needed to acchieve this?

3) Also , i read from an article: The Application Assembly Tool (AAT) creates the WAR, EAR, and JAR files, and assembles application components into Web modules.
so, where is AAT and web modules located ??
websphere or wsad?

there wouldn't be a separate redbook for a fixpack level release (*.*.2).  All WSAD versions ship with a version of WAS called WebSphere Test Environment.  It's basically a crippled version of WAS.
