Question : disable meeting requests for one mailbox

Is it possible to disable meeting requests for one particular mailbox within a Exchange 5.5. environment using schedule ?. I have a user with two mailboxes, one is hidden from the gal and need to be configured not to accept meeting requests at all. If you set up a mailbox but dont initate the setting up of the schedule, then others cannot open his schedule (as it does not exist at that point in time) but strangely exchange lets you send a meeting request to it ?

Is there a reson why is hidden. You can set up his mailbox not to accept any messges and this will get rid of the problem all together, Please provide more info
