As far as I have ever experienced, they will not be prompted to change their password on their mobile device. We always advise our users that they must manually go in and change their password on their mobile device as soon as they change their password on their workstation. Otherwise, after a period of time they get locked out. I have never looked up any documentation on this, but I have also never had a user report to me that they got prompted to change their password on their mobile device.
