Question : Exchange 2003 SP2\Activesync question

I am running Exchange 2003 SP2 and when a user changes their domain password via the workstation it is not prompting them for a password change on their Windows Mobile phone for hours and Activesync keep updating normally. I don't seem to be having any issues with AD replication after working with some diagnostics tools. Is there documentation on what is an expeceted delay?

As far as I have ever experienced, they will not be prompted to change their password on their mobile device.  We always advise our users that they must manually go in and change their password on their mobile device as soon as they change their password on their workstation. Otherwise, after a period of time they get locked out.  I have never looked up any documentation on this, but I have also never had a user report to me that they got prompted to change their password on their mobile device.
