Question : Installing SQL Server 2005 on same server as SQL 2000

Experts,

I currently have SQL Server 2000 installed on my Windows 2003 server. I would like to install SQL Server 2005 on the same server. Is that advisable? What kind of problems could I run into? I use SQL for development purposes. I am not hosting live data. TIA!
