Question : disable Remote Access To MySQL in plesk

the Remote Access To MySQL in my VPS is anable by default! so how can I disbale it ?
(I have acces to plesk cp and SSH)

Here is a set of instructions to enable Remote Access.  I assume reversing any one of the steps would disable it.
