Question : Optimizing Oracle 10g, recently upgraded from 8i
Hello, We just currently upgraded from Oracle 8i to Oracle 10g and have notice some performance issues. Most of our queries are dragging. The install was done by an outside provider and they didn't utilize 10g's upgrade assistant. The box has 2 gigs of memory and the database is roughly 8 gigs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. And if you any other resources, just ask :)
Here is our initXXXX.ora file. db_files = 80
