Question : migrating sbs 2003 to 2008 sbs

does anyone know of any issues migrating 2003 SBS to 2008.  I read microsoft  recommends putting standard 2008 as a standalone, and then a hyper V session for the SBS 2008.. Anyone run into any issues with exchange?

the best practice is to run windows server 2008 as the host, and the sbs 2008 as the hyper-v machine.
when you buy sbs 2008 premium you have a windows server 2008 STD license for 'free'.
