Question : Disable Outlook Express on Windows 2003 Metaframe server

We have a Metaframe XP server running on Windows 2003.  I'd like to disable Outlook Express so that none of the ICONS are automatically created when a user logs in for the first time.

If there is a way to completely REMOVE Outlook Express even better.  I looked under installed apps but there is no entry for Outlook Express.

Suggestions?

the link above is manually remove instructions from microsoft, this is how i did it.
