Question : Distributed Transaction Error (-2147168246)

I get this (-2147168246) error message when I try to access an Oracle
database from my application server.
I am running an application server on Win2000 and a database server on
NT4 SP5. The db server machine has only NT4 SP5 and Oracle 8.0.5
installed, not MS DTC. This works fine when the application server also
runs on NT4. When I install the application on a Win2000 server with
the exact same configuration I get the error message.
I am running the packages in COM+ with a specified user (not
interactive user).
If I turn off transaction on the Win2000 server everything works fine.
So there has to be something different between NT4 and Win2000 that
results in this error. Some kind of configuration of COM+(MTS) or MS DTC?
Any idea?
