Question : Rotating potos in Windows Vists Photo Gallery

This should hopefully be an easy one for the right person to answer!

If Windows Vists Photo Gallery is used to rotate a photo, three questions:

1) Does it lose any quality?

2) Will it still be printed correctly by online photo printing services?  (i.e. will they rotate it back?)

3) Is there a way to rotate the thumbnail, but leave the picture as is?

1. Yes some if its a Jpeg - Jpeg loses quality each time it is saved - in practice the loss is minimal
2. Photo services will have no problems - they deal with all shapes and sizes of images
