Hi,
We got two new laptops today, both with Vista Home Premium and Office 2007 Standard. I transfered outlook's data file from old Windows XP machine to new one, set email account the same way as before, tested email account using built-in function (the test went through) and then faced the problem: I can send emails without problems, but I can not receive them. Actually, I can receive POP3 email, but it takes 1 hour for 10kB email. Antivirus software is disabled. Firewall, antispam, anti-fishing - disable. Not problems with Internet browsing and speed - just very slow download of emails from the server. IMAP is not an option.
Looked in I'net, seems like other people have the same problem, but can't find solution. Old Outlook *.pst file is about 600kB - not too big to slow down receive process.
