Question : Administrative Tools (Computer Management/System Tools) Shared Folers Shares deleted

I deleted my Shared Folders Shares not realizing it was going to effect even me the Administrator now I have no access and can't access any of my  files as all the paths that lead to my files are gone.  Does windows keep a log of such changes or is there somewhere that would list/show the shares that where deleted or is their any way to reverse what I did ??  I've restored my system to a previous day at which point I had not made those changes but it didn't change anything.

As I posted above in step 3: You may need to take ownsership of folders and files to access them.
