Question : Meeting request forwarding to another user in Outlook 2007
|
|
Hello,
At my company we need to have user 'a''s calendar requests copied to user 'b'. Basically if user a receives a meeting request, his administrative assistant wants to be able to receive the meeting request as well in her inbox.
We have an MS echange 2007 environment and user Outlook 2007 as well.
Is this scenario possible?

Hi, Yes this is possible by using "Delegates" in Outlook. - From Outlook go to the "Tools" menu and select "Options" - Select the "Delegates" tab. - Add the Admin Assistant as a Delegate and choose the appropriate option below for the meeting requests to send through.
