Hi all
At work we use XP with Office 2007. Some users would like the extra search feature enabled, which requires us to install the Desktop Search component. However, we don't the indexing going on in the background, and the users go to search files on their hard drive - we'd like the old search window to show up by default - instead of the newer desktop search window.
Basically, is there any way to disable all of Desktop Search besides the Outlook functionality?
