I want a printout of my group policy for Windows XP sp2

Answer : Print Group Policy

Is this a local policy on a domain GPO

If it's a domain GPO then:
Get GPMC: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/gpmc/default.mspx
Then expand your domain and then expand group policy objects
Select your group policy object, then select the Settings TAB, click show all (top right)
then right click and print
