Question : Cannot access new share on Windows Home Server
Hello
I have a new server running Windows Home Server. It has approximately 10 shares on it and all of them are running well. The problem always occurs when I add a NEW share. The new share is visible over the network and thru a remote login for Windows home server. If I try to open the folder it comes up saying access denied and contact the administrator. All permission are set correctly with full access. This also occurs if I am logged into the server via the Windows server console using and XP workstation. I also disabled my firewall with no effect.
What happens next is after a day or sometimes a few days the folder then becomes active and possible to open it??? Any suggestions?

Hello there,
Do you mean that after several reboot the share became available or just after leaving the machine on for several days??
