Question : cannot map network drive
I though I had followed precisely the procedure for mapping a network drive. I have created a share on my desktop and then proceeded with mapping drive to my notebook. Both are running XP Pro and I have a Netgear router which is function correctly. When I go to browse for the network drive on the notebook I cannot see the desktop machine in microsoft windows network
Answer : cannot map network drive
I eventually performed a clean installation of the notebook and was able to map the network drive after that. I have no ideawhat caused the issue.
