Question : Why is Windows Server 2003 SBS So slow to boot after i run DCPromo

Hi i run the Dc Promo And after doing so my computer IS SO SLOW TO BOOT it just hangs at saying Applying Computer Settings and has not promt me for the user and password yet.

Is this nomral how long does it usually take what should i do ?

If you just rebuilt it... I would rebuild it again.... It could be a DNS issue... uninstall / reinstall DNS..... But again, it would be better to rebuild....

You shouldnt have to DC promo when using SBS, when you install SBS, it takes u through setting up the domain in a wizard...
