Question : WSS 3.0 -> setting up calendar to invite people on event

How can I setup WSS 3.0 calendar so that when I create a new appointment, I can invite individuals?  

I'd like it so they get an email from the sharepoint server and if they click accept, it creates the appointment in their calendar and replys back to me saying they accepted.  Denyial will work the same except it won't put it in their personal calendar.

What is the setup on the WSS to make this happen?

One way to do this is when you create the event via the SharePoint calendar, create a meeting workspace along with the event.

Once the meeting workspace has been created, then you can go into Outlook and create a new meeting request an associate it with that new SharePoint meeting workspace.  When people accept / decline the meeting request it will automatically update the SharePoint meeting request.

You cannot associate attendees with the event item on the calendar itself.
