We just stood up an new Exchange 2007 server in our network, one with greater capacity and performance. I've moved ALL services/stores/etc to the new server, and tested them. I've even powered the old server down to make sure that all services work properly. Of couse, I get communication errors in the Exchange Management Console when I do that, as it can't see the old server. I need to make sure that the old server isn't showing up in AD and that the Exchange Management Console doesn't point to it anymore. I'm at a loss on how to do this.
Both servers are running Exchange 2007 SP1 w/ Forefront Sp1.
