We just installed a new exchange 2007 server. we are set up with segregated GALs. users are properly set up (not hidden). OWA works like a charm. However, whenever we configure Outlook (doing both straight RPC on the same network, as well as Outlook Anywhere), we get the following message: the name cannot be resolved. the name cannot be matched with a name in the address list.
We ran outlook /rpcdiag and outlook does appear to be connecting to the server for AL query. We just don't know what else to do at this point.
