Question : Calander Appointments Time Incorrect

When a calander request is sent, the time and date changes when it gets to the recipient.  It always changes to todays date and time.
This is happening to all users.
For example: a meeting request is sent for 26/03/2008 at 10:00  When the recipient gets it, it is for todays date and half an hour ahead of current time.
This does not appear to be a time zone issue as server is set correctly.  It is happening to all users in and out the office so unlikely to be a profile issue.

Thanks for your response.
I had already tried your suggestions without success but thank you anyway.
I have now fixed the issue.  It was down to badly configured AV.  The AV was scanning Exchange and corrupting the data somehow.  Turned the AV off from scanning Exchange and now it works fine.
