Dear sir,

 i need a Ms Sql query related to Purchase receipts. (in Microsoft Dynamics
Great Plains )
i want purchase receipts happend so far, with following fields.
1.Ponumber 2.Itemnumber 3.Itemdescription 4.itemclass 5.POdate 6.Qty_ordered 7.Qty_canceled 8.Qty_shipped 9.unitcost 10.Qty_on_hand.

Please help me.....

If you have a question on how to use Crystal Reports, that is a seperate question.  I believe the original question has been fully answered.   Maybe you should open a new question on Crystal Reports and how to use it, after closing this one.
