Question : Outlook Reminder Pop-Ups in Citrix

We are running Outlook 2003 in a citrix environment.  It is Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 SP 2006.10.   The issue we are having is the the reminder windows are not comming up on top of other windows.  If you have outlook maxed at the time of the reminder it pops up just fine, however if you are working in another application, the pop up comes comes up but not to the front.  We have some users that are complaining of missing meeting reminders.  Is there a way to make the meeting reminder pop up on top of other applications in citrix?  I admit I know very little about citrix so I have not had much luck in searching forums for a solution.
