Question : Excel - Calculate sum of values associated with different combinations

I am trying to calculate the sum of all possible combinations of values.  For example I have two columns one with company ID and the other with Gross Margin on sales.  What I want to do is calculate the sum of the gross margin on all possible combinations.  So if I have company A, B, C and D and all which have a gross margin value associated with them.  I need to to show
the sum of the gross margins for A&B, A&C, A&D, B&C, B&D etc...

Make sure you follow my instructions.  Don't put the curly braces in yourself.  They will appear when you press ctrl+shift+enter.
