Question : Javascript expert

If you look at the top of the website threadless.com, you'll see their menu. It looks like this:

Logo | Shop | Participate | Info | Login/Join
......Sub-menus

I would like a menu similar to this.

Please create a copy of their menu and rewrite their javascript so it is original. I do not want a copy of their javascript. Your rewrite must be original and different to theirs. :)

Any questions, please ask me....

javascript must work in IE, Firefox, Opera and Safari.
