Question : Taskbar icons hide. quick launch and language bar too big
|

Every so often when I turn on my computer I can see no icons for programs in the taskbar. I mean that when I open a program window, it doesn't show at the bottom and the only way to change programs is with ALT+TAB. I have two toolbars: quick launch and language bar. Turning either or both of these off has no effect. The toolbars seem to take up the entire width of that area. It is annoying and usually I can get my taskbar back by using System Restore but I would like to find a way to do this without using it as it gets messy with stuff I installed
