Question : Why did Oracle Failed Over to the other node ??

Dear sir,

I have had Oracle Failed Safe (8.0.5) on NT Cluster (Enterprise SP4). I have found the failed over have occurred always and I didn't know why ? and when the failed over had been occurred, all instances which installed on the fail safe groups were failed over too. I have checked event log of NT and Trace file of Oracle but couldn't find the signicant erros. Have anyone ever seen these problems before ?? I contact Oracle Support and he have not had the corrected answers.

All answers or any recommended will be appreciated.
